Push-ups
Place your hands on ground wider which

two sets of 10 counting.

Walking
lunges
Lunges are the great exercise for building
tight muscles. Position yourself in standing motion, take a massive step
forward with knee bent at 90 degree and keep your knees over the ankle to
pressure the midsection of your stomach. Take another step forward and repeat
the exercise until you feel exhausted.
